Using either a toll free dictation system or our latest digital recording devices, you can input your reports into the speech to text conversion system. This audio input is then processed by a S2T server (which is speech to text server). After this, the output is forwarded to medical transcribers and quality editors, who will make these reports error free and apply it to your customized templates. This data will then be securely stored in your databases. You can access your reports via SHEPHERD - our suite of web applications, and have your reports within the next day of your input of dictations We are motivated to bring medical practices like yours to an era of digital competence and our speech to text conversion rates are extremely competitive and our Quality Auditors are required to have a minimum of 4 years of experience with major hospital facilities in US. These Quality Auditors at our Corporate Headquarters are trained under the supervision of Physicians to ensure that our staff understands each element of the report. If there are any discrepancies in the report, we even go to the extent of calling your office to verify and correct these.
